If you asked the average avocado-loving millennial about 2017, what would they say? After all, the buzzwords floating around the news these days — Trump, hurricanes, shootings, Nazis, wildfires, net neutrality, and sexual harassment allegations — do not suggest a positive reply. 2017 challenged the nation on a collective level. Personally, 2017 was a banner year for me, full of unforgettable moments. But certainly challenged me as well, rocking me to the core.
2017 had some incredible ups and unfortunate downs. For this post, I will focus on the ups. I was very lucky to witness nature at her most powerful and and pristine this year.
This year’s predictions are the most straightforward I’ve seen since I started writing these predictions. I’d bet a lot of money on New England Patriots vs. New York Giants Super Bowl rematch. A lot. Here’s how it’s gonna get there.
Out of my 7 (!) resolutions from last year, #2 (date more), #3 (dev job), #5 (decorate home), #6 (fail), and #7 (trips) were most successful. #2 only mildly so, but I did date more than I have my entire life, so that works. Really wish I had taken care of my mental/physical health (#1) more.
I have just one resolution this year.
